the ONE that FLEW away ♥

Yes, theGirlwhoGotINKED has soar high to the Arabian Deserts of Qatar to explore life and first handedly experience what the gulf has to offer.

Its been a long while since I last typed away my thoughts and since am celebrating my 5th month here in Doha --  the long writing hiatus has come to an end.

That photo was taken last 17th of January when I was traversing the skies to 5 timezones away from all that was familiar, all that was secure, all that I'm comfortable with.

And now, with a thousand miles and a flight of 10 hours away.. Charisma is familiarized in living her life with such deeply rooted faith in the Big Man above, has learned that experience is truly the best teacher, that challenges are there not to break us but to push us in discovering that there is more to us than what we have been convinced to believe..that at the end of it, just maybe with all the little sparks of hope left -- that love is still exist.

So yes, since am breaking free from this  of writer's block in a different country which has been been home to me for the last 5months.. Since am surrounded by newly found friends and some who never really left my side.. -- Am going to end this blog refresh's first entry with what I have learned and realized about Love

***

You know it's real love ,when it's more than just a feeling, more than a happy fleeting source of glee.. Because feelings change, they wither as the seasons change.

You know it's real love, when you are committed to make it right, right not just in front of everyone, but more importantly in the eyes of God.

You know it's really love, when you are not afraid to let it go..when and if it becomes required. You are not afraid to let it go because you are trusting in the better good, that if it's right it will become perfect in it's due time. That if it's His will; no man, woman or earthly plan can stand against His destined plan.

Much Love

Verses: Makata Sa Sariling Wika

Akoy buong pusong makukuntento..

Random Thought:: He Can Turn your Mourning into Dancing

It is amazing how God can change all your fears to faith, all your doubts to security, all your worries to assurance -- and a sick, hurting, unsecured, tear-filled start of 2011 to a blessed, surprisingly awesome, blissful, filled of laughter, love and grace 2011's end <3

*8 more days to go before my year-ender-photo-blog piece, God you are amazing. I feel so blessed :)

Word of the Week: SHIH TZU :)

More than the cute, adorable, little dog which they are popularly known for -- there are a number of awesome facts and information about this dog breed:

Did you know#01: The name translates as Lion Dog, so named because the dog was bred to resemble "the lion as depicted in traditional oriental art,"[1] such as the Chinese guardian lions. The Shih Tzu is also often known as the "Xi Shi quan" (西施犬), based on the name of Xi Shi, regarded as one of the most beautiful woman of ancient China.

Did you know#02: DNA analysis placed the ancestors of today's Shih Tzu breed in the group of "ancient" breeds indicating "close genetic relationship to wolves".

Did you know#03:  The Shih Tzu comes in a range of colors that include various shades of gold, white and brown. Other colors include black mask gold, black and white, solid black, solid liver, liver and white, brindle and white and silver and white.[12] Though not as common there are also solid blue Shih
Tzu.

Am of to Animal House to visit my Baby Girl. She was confined over the weekend due to those evil wormies in her tummy. Good thing there are no bacterias in the heart and its just in the tummy. Thanks to Dr. Jojo of Animal House, we had her dewormed, hooked on IV and on ID diet so she'll recover super fast. Hoping to get her home tomorrow. Get well love, see you in a bit.

Random Thought: Single is fab and not a drag :)

Going through Facebook and other social networking sites made me realize that most of my batch mates are either with kids, married or engaged. As for me, I got a NewTattoo last week, Digitally Permed my Hair yesterday and is getting a Baby Girl Shihtzu before the month ends. While am perfectly happy for my dear friends - and I still believe in the Blissful Promise of Ever Afters, I can now truthfully say (without grudge and bitterness) that I am happy to be single at that moment- don't worry, in HIS time, am sure Perfect Love will come around<3. But for now, I'll continue to live the life I love and make the most of this single and fab life that I have been blessed with.

PS: Am excited for the EU Trip I am having with my bestfriend next year.
All moolah funds & paid vacation leaves are for Europe -- Salute! :)

Heartbeat ♥♥

*mindPOD Now Playing*

(You're stealing my heart away..) I don't know where were going, I don't care who we are.. Feels like we are flowing.. High above the stars..

I saw you talking on the phone, I know that you are not alone
But you steal my heart away, Yeah you steal my heart away

You’re acting like you’re on your own, But I saw you standing with a girl
Stop tryn’ to steal my heart away, Stop tryn’ to steal my heart away

I don’t know where we going I don’t know who we are

I can feel your heartbeat x2, He said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me
Feel your heartbeat, She said
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me
Heartbeat, Feel your heartbeat

Maybe it’s the way you move, You got me dreaming like a fool
That I can steal your heart away, I can steal your heart away

No matter what it is you think, I’m not the kind of girl you think
And give my heart away -- Stop tryin’ steal my heart away

I don’t know where we going, I don’t know who we are

I can feel your heartbeat, He said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, He said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me
Heartbeat
Feel your heartbeat, She said
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me

Stop stealing my heart away x3
You’re stealing my heart away

I don’t know where we going, I don’t know who we are
Feels like we are flowing, High above the stars
The stars, the stars, the stars

I can feel your heartbeat, He said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, He said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me
I can feel your heartbeat, She said
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, She said to me
I can feel your heartbeat, Running through me
Heartbeat, Feel your heartbeat

Stop stealing my heart away (Talk to me girl)
Stop stealing my heart away (Give it to me boy)
Stop stealing my heart away (Say it to me girl)
You’re stealing my heart away

Stop stealing my heart away x3

Your heartbeat.

Verses: HUSH 0305

Have you ever been asked the Question: What do you miss most about being "In a Relationship" / Hate about being Single?

I've been asked that a couple of times and my Answer has always been a consistent one: At the end of the day, no matter how extremely blissful, happy or tremendously bad my day was - I miss being able to share it with someone. Someone who'll not just listen, but understand - who'll not just sympathize, but feel.

After all that has been said and done in this 20 something years, am honestly not in a hurry for anything. Yes, I miss it and honestly, i still desire it. But am trusting that in the Right Time, HIS Perfect One will come along.

For the mean time, am going to infect you with this lovey-nostalgic bug that the bit me tonight. Below are some verses I've doodle during my "inlove" times.

**
HUSH
0305

If I can hold you in my arms
To touch your face and hold you tight
I'll kiss your fears and hold your hand
Keeping the faith to be beside -
Overcome and just love.

Hush, just listen...
Hush, hold my hand...
Hush, feel my touch...
Hush, close your eyes...

We don't need to stress it
We don''t even have to talk about it
The heart feels more than what you hear
And time I know will prove it clear

Lovers lost with faith regained.
I'd give everything just to hear you say...
That you'll do anything for this love to stay.

Hush, lets do this
Hush, I'll hold you still
Yes, you can come over
Tonight, we'll kiss the night away.

**

CLEAR INTENTIONS

"We must be cautious though, for we could be serving with the wrong motives. We must check our hearts. If we are doing things for selfish ambition, we will inevitably get burned out. We should serve without self-interest. We must serve like Jesus..."

Open Spoken: Verses

Ive been scribbling since high school. I have a manage to collect a rummage of hilariously silly "high-school-you-thought-youreinlove" writings up to the most recent heart-out-burst.

I find solace in writing. Its personal; its an expression of your heart, a reflection of your thoughts, a channel of your soul. For years, I have hid behind the lines of my poetry. Cast under the shadow of my own words and locked in my broken sonnets and open-ended-verses.

I have long been hiding until i found a place here in Manila where you can read your poetry out loud, and i have mastered the gut to read my writings out.

Thanks to Dominic and to Open Spoken, my first Tagalog piece, written when i was in the blues last year, finally went out:

***

Takip Silim

pag-tanggap, pag-paparaya
at di pagpansin sa pansariling nararamdaman.
May kakaibang saloobin akong bigla nalang lumabas,

OPEN SPOKEN happens once a month at Yadu, The Collective. Malugay St. Makati City. Visit their pagehttp://www.facebook.com/OpenSpoken
